Some time back I started humming the theme tune to 'Robin Of Sherwood', which made me pause and go - hey that was a good show wasn't it.

• This led me to thinking about all of those memorable TV programs I used to watch as a kid. (...I was born in '78...) So, I began writing down all the ones I could think of.
• The List grew and grew, and with the help of some friends it grew some more. The List's status is still provisional, because I'm always being reminded of more and more old TV programs.
• But here, for your amusment and my nostalgia, is the Provisional List.
